How do I get rid of all my stuff and make some money?
I have too many things and I just have so no time or energy to have a garage sale or go to the swap meet! I have antiques, clothes, tons of jewelry, and even a 1978 Camero Z-28!
If it is OK then try filing shop in your area. Many ancient sites are now also buy gold and silver jewelry because the market is hot enough. Call local antique shops to see if there is an auction house or a loan broker to buy your products or sell it for you (for a cut). Problem with ebay is the shipping. If you do not have any time, you may not want to go through the hassle of shipping. You might as well have an estate sale where you remove all the stuff you want to keep and give insight people and offers the rest (auction houses and dealers can help in this regard). Keep small items in boxes and sell a lot so you are not stuck with odd pieces and parts. Any way you slice ... it'll be a little work. The more money you will to pay someone to do less work, it will be for you.
