How do I change the security on a PDF so it is only password protected when someone tries to print it?
I know how to change the security settings so you need a password to open the file, I know how to block printing all together but I can't figure out how to put a password protection only on printing the file. Can someone help me?
Prevent someone from printing a PDF, that's the so-called PDF Owner Password.
You can set an Owner Password using this PDF Security program. With it, you set a password and other people cannot print, copy or change the content of the file without the password.
