handheld sewing machine, fabric glue, fusible web or other alternatives?

Hello everyone, I need all Emergency sewing labels / tags on clothing and textile items that I will be buying. The reason is that we must mention my company name and washing instructions and time is tight so I can not control it, I do not have much experience with sewing, but just need to add the inside of the garment. someone someone tried this before? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each option? mean hand-held machines are not reliable if ....? What glue? I worry it might damage the fabric, color, smell? I also heard of transfer, and I do not mean the transfer of the ink, but somehow affixing a taffeta, satin or nylon label for cotton, rayon, polyester or silk clothing. Will be suitable fusible web or not, as some textiles are white or almost transparent? Any serious ideas most welcome. Please refrain from non-constructive responses.

Printing (screen printing or paper tissue transfer) is probably the way forward. Use a tube of fabric, then once you learn to apply it to your parts. You can get the transfer paper some Walmarts or craft store and print your labels of most quality printers. If you not have much sewing experience it is not advisable for you to try to put the tags and you do not even think of these small machines have occurred, if you want a professional looking result. I do not have much experience with glue, but it does not seem to hold up long term because it is often marketed as a quick (sort of permanent) alternative to sewing.
