Kansas City is in show for it's first major winter storm on tuesday. Is it heading our way or will it change..?
I live in Overland Park KS and this storm is concerning me because this sounds like a first snow day of the winter season, and i want to know how much we are expecting and if there will be any winter weather watches, warning, or advisories that are going to be up for the whole kansas city metro area.
Will the track and the timing of the storm change. I just heard that kansas city will be expecting 2-4 inches of the white stuff. I that really true or will it change.
Things have changed slightly. I personally don't believe Kansas City will see more than an inch or two of snow. Late Tuesday morning, the rain will transition to snow, lasting only for several hours. There will more than likely be a watch issued for the area, but it's looking to be more of a rain event overall.
