How do you jump the ignition switch on a craftsman riding mower?
The ignition switch for my crftsman riding mower is missing. It's really going on borrowed time so I don't want to buy a new one. It has a 5 prong female coupling. How can I jump the wires to get it running?
Don't! The switch controls the electrical paths in the whole machine. Unless you have a wiring diagram and know how to read it, just go get a new switch. They don't cost more than $50 and that is cheaper than trying something and causing so much damage to the mower that you cant use it due to a wrong wire placement.
