Fabric Stencil

When using a stencil to paint unto the fabric, your design, is it okay to use printer paper?
And a normal paintbrush?
I think so if you are really careful. I am not an expert but I have seen other people do it this way, and it has seemed to work out pretty well for them.
Sometimes I have seen other people use some kind of flexible fabric that is not porous so the paint won't bleed through.
If you are using printer paper, it sounds like you have stencils that you made on your computer? I put a link below to an eHow article that you can help you find out how to get free paint stencils if you need them, or don't have them already.

You should be just fine if you are careful though.
