i ate about 5000 calories today i feel awful!?
ive been on a diet and have been losing weight but all the sudden i went on like an eating bingle for some reason i had:
before school- plain oatmeal with some blackberries in it
lunch- apple, granola bar & yogurt
Dinner- extrmely small salad with fat free ranch dressing on it
usally thats all i would have for the day but THEN i had...
2 bowls of cheerios
a WHOLE lot of grapes & agrapefruit
a WHOLE lot of almods (they are extremely fatning and i ate like a million)
like 10 ritz cracker
then...
a medium bannana cream pie blizzard from dairy queen!!!
UGH IM SO PISSED. i used to be bulimic (still recovering) and alls i want to do is throw it up but i WONT if i go back to normal tomorow will i be okay and i have done no excercise what so ever except for walking up and down stairs to my classes but i really dont at all feel like excercing right now im so depressed.
lol u'll be fine, just a pleasant surprise, that's barely 2500 calories in itself. You probably gained far less than a quarter of a pound, if not like an eigth. Just don't continue what you are doing, and try not to binge again, what's done is done. Oh and DO NOT make yourself throw up.
By the way you need to add more protein to your diet, like add in some meat, nuts, or more cheese or something. It'll improve your general health and mood.
