What's a "Double knit type of fabric" and where can I get it?
I'm making a Star Trek costume, and I've found this guide online which says I can use a double knit fabric for second season authenticity. I don't know much about materials. Can I get this type online.

It's like those polyester pants that they wore in the 70's, or baseball pants are double knit, too, it seems.

It seems that they have lots of colors, so hopefully you'll find close to the right ones in the $4-$5/yd. range.
