What should I cook with the red chili peppers I've grown in my garden?
These are smallish (3-4 inches long) red chili peppers, not large red sweet peppers. I've never cooked with spicy peppers before and I have no clue what to do with them.
i wouldnt eat these raw -
spicy tomato and pepper soup with chilli zing
roast ripe tomatoes and sweet peppers in oven with drizzle of olice oil chopped clove garlic and balsamic vinegar drizzle
in a pan add chicken or veg stock add tomatoes and peppers once they are almost blackened
mush together add 1/2 chpped chilli (take seeds out if it is too hot)
add pinch of salt, pepper and single cream
blitz in liquidiser / blender
get baguette rub with left over half of chilli and add butter grill and eat with the soup
